Hi-Time hosts special Bourbon bottle signings

It sounds like Bourbon week at Hi-Time in Costa Mesa.

This week, Hi-Time will play host to two special events. In celebration of Bourbon (American Whisky) they’re hosting two Bottle signings this week.

And if you’ve never been over to Hi-Time, this gives you another good excuse to go.

Bullet Bourbon Bottle Signing

Tuesday, March 10th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Master Distiller Tom Bullet will be at Hi-Time Wine Cellars to sign bottles of Bullet bourbon and answer any questions you have.

Maker’s Mark Bottle Signing

Thursday, March 12th from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Maker’s Mark Master Distiller Kevin Smith and Distillery Diplomat April Gallegos will be at Hi-Time Wine Cellars to sign your favorite collectible bottle of Maker’s Mark and answer any questions you have about bourbon.

Ten Dollar Tuesdays!
It’s a “win-win-win” situation for customer, wine rep and Hi-Time!  For $10, that’s right, ten bucks, you will have an opportunity to taste up to five wines and learn about them from the wine rep or wholesaler, ask questions, have a Tuesday “out” without breaking the bank! 6-8 p.m.

Focus Rhone: “Hermitage & Crozes-Hermitage”  Thur., March 12th, 4:30-8:30 p.m.
We have a good collection of new and old from these two hallowed appellations. March is Rhone month at our wine bar! Come in from the winter cold and warm up with some hearty red Syrah from the northern Rhone and enjoy the pleasure of a cheese plate and the chatter of Todd Johnston! $30

Italy: “New Arrivals” Fri., March 13th, 4:30-8:30 p.m.  $25
Region: Mendocino County Sat., March 14th, 2-8:30 p.m.
This cool climate AVA sure has some hot varietals, from Pinot Noir, to Chardonnay and even Syrah! Wines from Breggo, Edmeades, Macphail, Navarro, Patz & Hall, Samsara, and a few others will be on tap! $25
